Reporting a problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

The tool and page address you were using
Your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”)
What you expected to happen and what happened instead
Any error message shown

Please don’t send us the file you were working on. Because our tools never upload your files, we never see them — and we’d rather keep it that way. If a specific file causes a problem, describe it instead (for example “a 300-page scanned PDF” or “a 4K MOV video from an iPhone”).

Corrections

Passport photo rules and laws change. If you spot something out of date on a passport page or legal template, send us a link to the official source and we’ll review it.
